  • EMS (Express mail
    This is our main shipping method.
    EMS is the national express shipping company, and will arrive in your country by your national express delivery service. In the US it would arrive by USPS and the UK by Royalmail.
    The cost of shipping depends on the total weight and destination.
    Shipping takes between 4 to 6 days to most places from the time you receive the Trace number. Delivery time is largely dependent on the local area of the destination. Heavy inspections by custom in your country may cause the package to arrive later.

    The best way to calculate the exact shipping :
    • Just put whatever you want to buy into the shopping cart.
      (Don't worry, as long as you DO NOT finish until step 4, your order will not be processed)
    • Checkout and continue until you arrive at "Step 2" (choose shipping)
    • From this page computer will calculate the real shipping cost

  • SAL.
    This is the most economical options but has limitations.
    SAL does not have any insurance.
    SAL has NO tracking number ( we will not be able to track status of your shipment )
    SAL takes 1 - 2 months to arrive in your country ( specially France an Italy takes 2 months ).

    • Size (cm) refers to the combined total of the length, width, and height.
    • International Ta-Q-Bin, will deliver to your location by their partner in your country. for example in USA, it will be delivered by DHL.
    • Rates above is FLAT rate. for example if the weight between 2-5kgs, it will calculated by Size 80. So... it is advisable only choose this if the weight is optimum within this rates table.
  • FEDEX, UPS, DHL
    Other shipment also available and only feasible for large and heavy orders
    and we ship using your account number ( you have to register with Fedex / UPS / DHL in your country to get those number )

At BestFromJapan.com we have established a hassle-free return policy. All returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the item. The delivery date is confirmed by the EMS Trace online and postal date on the return package when received.
When you receive the product please open it carefully making sure not to damage any of the packaging. Look over the product and see if it is what you wanted.
If you don't like it , Send us an e-mail specifying the following items within 15 days from the date of delivery:

Your full name
E-mail address
Name and quantity of goods
Reasons for returning

We will tell you how to return goods to us by e-mail.

We'll be happy to give a full refund of the cost of the product to you. We do not refund the cost of shipping the item to you except for inferior articles. You are responsible for returned items until we receive them, so we recommend customers to insure their returned items.
After the items' arrival, a refund will be processed. For exchange goods we will ship goods shortly and you will be charged the difference if any, and the cost of shipping which is calculated based on its price.
