In case of any mistake from us you got a delivered items, please contact us by phone or fax. Please inform us with the order's number, your name, and the total of the items when returning the items. You must make a copy from the statement of delivery and write the reason when returning the items. Please send all of the items by packing them into a small cardboard. We will be very helpful if you write a note "A returning items" or "exchanging items" in the top of the cardboard. Please inform us by phone once when sending an e-mail for returning or exchanging items. We will soon make a confirmation. You must send the items by using mail or second class mail. We will make a charge if any items sending by Express Home Delivery (provided by the Kuroneko Yamato company) using cash on delivery.
We will put stamp we will not charge the customers in case of any wrong delivered items from us. We hope you send us the wrong items using mail or second class mail by packing all the small items into a small cardboard to prevent damage in delivery. We will soon make an inform if any delivered items from customers have arrived within 10 days.
