This mould is ideal for use with sugarpaste, flowerpaste, chocolate etc. For very small pieces a mix of 2 parts sugarpaste and 1 part flowerpaste is recommended. For easy release, the mould can be lightly dusted with cornflour or using wilton cake release. |
