This tray is specially designed to work with "Decal", consist of 2 part plastic tray which makes "lifting" decal is easy.
The inner tray has a grated bottom, to allow water to drain through when you lift it out; the lifter (it looks like a comb) will lift up an individual decal and allow you to slide it into place on the model.
