This Kaimei, also known as Moon Palace, Drawing Pen Ink is a rich, deep black ink that is a favorite among artists for its superior drying time. It is bleed resistant, fade resistant, fast drying, and water resistant when dry. It is alcohol resistant and can be used with alcohol-based markers.
