Three Bond 1360 is a medium strength anaerobic reactive adhesive/sealant which has been specially developed for locking and sealing threaded parts and fittings with medium strength when cured, particularly where high thermal resistance is required. TB1360 cures spontaneously when sealed off from contact with the air between close fitting metallic surfaces. TB 1360 eliminates mechanical locking parts such as spring or toothed washers, nylon nuts etc. and reduces required fastening on torque. You can use screws of inferior accuracy. It completely seals against oil, water and most chemicals and offers excellent vibration resistance. Typical applications include to lock and seal stud bolts, various nuts, bearings, gears and pulleys where disassembly with hand tools is required for servicing.
