Great Japanese moulding material which is re-usable, so you can keep using it for different mould shapes. Perfect if you need to make lots of moulds but only need to use each to create few copies. Picks up detail surprisingly well.

• Dip a piece of the oyumaru in hot water (approx: 80 degree C) for about 3 to 5 mins. Take the Oyumaru out of the water with a pair of tongs and wipe it dry with a towel.
• While it is still soft, press the material you wish to mold into the Oyumaru. If the Oyumaru gets hard while you are working with it, place it back in the water and begin the process again.
• Allow Oyumaru to cool down, remove your object and your mold is ready.
• Oyumaru is reusable.

Mix equal amounts from each 10-ounce jar blending the putty until it is all one color then press a finding or shape into the putty and leave for 5-minutes. Putty will set up and still be flexible enough to release the finding. Use the new mold over and over with metal clay.

The life of the product lasts approximately 6-8 months after the container is opened.
