Note	This is high quality mould, produced using a platinum cure silicone, specially formulated for use in the food and confectionary industry and complies to FDA (Food and Drugs Agency) regulations in the USA and Japan. This mould is ideal for use with sugarpaste, flowerpaste, chocolate etc. For very small pieces a mix of 2 parts sugarpaste and 1 part flowerpaste is recommended. For easy release, the mould can be lightly dusted with cornflour or using wilton cake release.
