If you can sew together four squares of fabric, then you can make pinwheel blocks. The secret is in the recutting of the blocks, and this slotted ruler makes it easy and accurate.
Align the ruler with the blocks, cut in slots with a rotary cutter, rotate ruler and cut again for perfect pinwheels.
Use with 45mm rotary cutter and mat.
