PENCUT - is a pair of scissors in portable pen style great for travel use.
It also takes care of both left and right hand users, though not necessarily suitable for children in terms of Universal Design.
Pull off the cap and push the 2 sliders to the end to get the rings, you get a slim pair of perfectly useful scissors. Each metal blades are sharp on both sides so when you close the scissors and continue to expand it, you get to use the other pair of blades.
